Be it unto me
According to Your word
According to Your promises
I can stand secure
Carve upon my heart
The truth that sets me free
According to Your word O’ Lord
Be it unto me
“Blessed be the Lord , because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. The Lord is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed. Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever.”
Psalms 28:6-9 KJV
God is very faithful and His ear is open to the cry of the saints. He’s also willing to respond to you when you trust in Him completely.
He said in His word that whenever we make requests to the Father in His name we will receive answers. He even said we are the ones who have refused to ask. See …👇
“Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.”
John 16:24 KJV
The reason God will answer is because He loves us and this is because we believe that He sent Jesus Christ and have received Him.
Many trials we go through in life will help us grow in Christ but until we ask the Lord we must never assume that the problems we encounter in life are part of His will for us. We must ask in prayer and be patient enough to recieve an answers.
Although even in ignorance, as long as we believe in Jesus Christ all things will work together for our good but it is best for us to know His will and lay hold on it.
See the testimony of the Psalmist…👇
“I waited patiently for the Lord ; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord . Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.”
Psalms 40:1-4 KJV
The word of God will reveal to us what has been written regarding us and we can ask according to what is written. All our response to God’s word should be like that of Mary the mother of Jesus.
“And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.”
Luke 1:38 KJV
Today, I want you to table three sincere requests before God in the name of Jesus Christ. He will answer. The only condition attatched to this is that you must testify about them in the congregation of saints as they will surely come to pass that they may be encouraged and know that God truly answers prayers. Write them down now as I pray with you.
Dear God, I thank you because you hear me always and because we’re your children bought and reconciled to you by the blood of your son Jesus Christ. I ask in Jesus name that you will hear our requests that we may know you are God and that they may grow deeper in faith in you! Thank you for receiving us in Jesus mighty name, Amen!
Go and prosper!
